Description
Objectives of the course (preferably expressed in terms of learning outcomes and competences): Introduction to programming with python. Students will learn how to use Python in order to analyze biological data both DNA and quantitative data such as gene expression data. Also, they will learn how to plot the outcomes of their analysis.
Course contents: Introduction to Programming with Python.
